OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION

All right related to iDIDi are and shall continue to be the exclusive property of Rudhen Electronics or its affiliates. Any redistribution, resell, retransmission, or publication of the copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Rudhen Electronics.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

iDIDi has taken its best efforts to test the application to handle your precious data with the greatest care. Nonetheless, Rudhen Electronics can in no way be held responsible for any data loss or other hazard due to misuse, failure, virus, spyware, corruption or any other situation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Rudhen Electronics be liable to you or any other person for any damages, including without limitation any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expenses costs, profits, lost savings or earnings, lost or corrupted data, or other liability arising out of or related to the services provided by iDIDi or out of the installation, de-installation, use of, or inability to use your equipment as a result of the services provided by iDIDi.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Rudhen Electronics respects your right to privacy. Rudhen Electronics is acutely aware of, and sensitive to, the privacy concerns of our customers. Any collected information is used solely for the purpose of providing the services offered or authenticating your identity when you login. Aggregated data may be shared with potential advertisers, research firms, and business partners for demographic purposes. In this aggregated form no one will be able to identify or contact you.

CONTENT STATEMENT

The iDIDi categories and items offered for download from our website, are constantly improved and extended by the iDIDi community itself. This is done via the 'help-improve' upload-feature (which is default enabled). iDIDi does not claim any rights on content uploaded by users. But when you upload your creations to our service, you license Rudhen Electronics to offer these items back to the community. Furthermore, iDIDi supports freedom of expression, so some iDIDi categories and/or items may contain adult or offensive content.

These conditions supersede all previous issues. May 2012
